71st Annual Changing of the Gavel Banquet - Presented to you virtually.
It's the Annual Changing of the Gavel of the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce. Join in to honor the annual awards presented to very deserving individuals and groups.
It's the Annual Changing of the Gavel of the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce. Join in to honor the annual awards presented to very deserving individuals and groups.
With the rise in COVID 19 cases, the banquet will now be virtual. All awards and Chairman's messages will be presented. Watch for live streaming details. The auction will be online with a "live" closing from 8 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on our Chamber Facebook page. Watch as Donna Townsend and Dana Kisel be your emcees for the Auction. A letter with three options has been sent to each attendee via email. Please let us know your choice before 12 noon today so proper arrangements can be made. For those donating their seats, "to go" meals are being prepared for you at the drive thru of Mermaids Kitchen between the hours of 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Monday
12 noon - Deadline for letting us know on food options
12 noon - Online auction goes live. Share the link with anyone you wish.
Tuesday
11 am - Rehearsal for Virtual Annual Banquet - All award presenters need to be present.
7 pm - Live streaming begins... follow script... Award announcers and winners can leave when finished.
8 pm to 8:30 pm - "Live" on Facebook announcing the winners of all items.
Wednesday
8 am - item pick up for the auction. Wear masque and come to the table in front.
