These workshops, created in response to the Business Assessment Survey, will be held biweekly and feature topics within the toolkit sections displayed. Did you know the US Small Business Administration (SBA) provides disaster loans to homeowners, tenants, and small business owners impacted by Hurricane Harvey?
SBA provides low interest disaster loans to businesses of all sizes, private non-profit organizations, homeowners, and renters to repair or replace real estate, personal property, machinery & equipment, inventory and business assets that have been damaged or destroyed in a declared disaster.
Attendees will learn:
- SBA will present information on the disaster loan programs due to Hurricane Harvey
- How to assist clients with applying for a disaster loan
- Resources and technical assistance available to small business owners by The University of Houston – Victoria Small Business Development Center and SCORE Corpus Christi
