Description
In honor of the heart-healthy month, Aransas County Medical Services is hosting a Community Health Fair, free to the public.
You are invited to participate and display your business/organization to raise awareness for a healthy lifestyle. We ask that all participants bring a door prize and decorations for your booth (a table will be provided). The theme for this event will be Valentine's decorations “Heart Healthy
Month” Please complete and return the registration page by February 19, 2019. We have limited space available.
