Opening Ceremony for Seafair
Description
Opening Ceremonies will start at 4:30 with the Pariotic Guard Riders riding in on their motorcycles, choir will be singing, proclamations will be read and if all goes well we will even have a Navy Fly-Over then we will cut the ribbon at 5pm and open the gates.
