Biography:
In 2017, following Hurricane Harvey, Nanci Koski and her husband Jim moved to Rockport to work with her Dad and expand the life insurance business he had started over 45 years ago.

Nanci’s goal is to educate people about safe financial options so they are able to make knowledgeable decisions and plan for their future. She loves helping people make their goals reality.

Nanci is a licensed life and health insurance agent and owner of CHANGING TIDES FINANCIAL LLC. She recognizes that life is about being prepared for the changing tides that happen. She wants to help her clients be prepared regardless of whether the tides are abundantly coming in, the tides are gently ebbing out or for those crazy moments when there is a rip tide. Nanci focuses on helping people to create plans to protect their family and future. She is always finding new solutions to offer her clients.

Changing Tides Financial LLC (formerly Remley Advisory Group LLC) has a solid history of almost 50 years of helping people protect their families and plan for their future. Nanci has worked in the financial arena for over 15 years and became the owner of Changes Tides Financial, LLC on January 1, 2019. As an independent insurance agent, she can identify the best plans and products for each client.

Giving back to her community is a core value for Nanci and she is active in the Rockport Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Business Builders and Networking Group. Nanci was an active Board Member of Keep Aransas County Beautiful, an organization that undertakes community projects. She is
also the Vice President of the Aransas County Women’s Lions Club. She graduated from the Leadership Aransas County Class in 2019 and has participated in many other leadership programs over the years.
