THE FULTON MANSION PROUDLY PRESENTS
Unveiling of "It's Still Standing..."
A Hurricane History of the Fulton Mansion Exhibit.
The Fulton Mansion has withstood eight hurricanes that hit Aransas County or nearby.
This exhibit covers the impact of hurricanes on the Fulton family and the Fulton Mansion.
The first part will chronicle each of the famous storms to hit Aransas County.
The second half will feature the Fulton Mansion's experience during Hurricane Harvey, which severely damaged the Mansion when it hit landfall on Aug. 25, 2017.
They will use a combination of historic photographs, oral history, reenactments of historic storm accounts, and more to tell this story.
