DESCRIPTION:Introducing Our New Warbird Discovery Classes   A Hands-On Journey into Coastal Bend Aviation History Vintage Air Tours is proud to launch a brand-new experience for Winter Texans\, history enthusiasts\, and anyone curious about the legacy of aviation in the Coastal Bend. Our Warbird Discovery Classes offer a relaxed\, one-hour\, lecture style program that brings the stories of World War II training aircraft to life no flying required. Step into the hangar and get up close with our 1943 PT-17 Stearman "Betty" and 1947 Navion "Norma." Each week features a different theme\, from local WWII training operations to the engineering behind fabric-wing airplanes. Guests will enjoy hands-on demonstrations\, engaging storytelling\, and rare encounters with authentic aircraft found nowhere else! Perfect for individuals\, RV resort groups\, veterans\, and winter visitors\, these classes deliver an unforgettable way to experience the history that shaped our skies. Join us this season and discover why aviation has captured hearts for generations. Class begins Jan 07 and repeats weekly (5 total sessions) on Wednesdays at 10am. Reserve your seat now!
