The Rockport Center for the Arts will be hosting their Free Family Event with projects and kites for children to work on while attending from 10   4 pm Saturday and Sunday.\n\nThe Kite Festival will feature professional kite-flying demonstrations\, kiteboarders in the ski basin\, food vendors\, and music.
