SUMMARY:RF Chamber of Commerce Board Retreat
DESCRIPTION:The board retreat is an opportunity for chamber leaders to evaluate chamber efforts for the upcoming fiscal year\, and to think critically about long-term strategic planning. In any well-run organization\, it is crucial to evaluate long range plans to have a roadmap that guides the day-to-day decisions. A strong strategic plan can yield revenue growth\, increased ROI for members\, sustainability and greater community impact. We will use this event to strategize initiatives for the coming year. We plan to do a deep dive on current chamber operations. The questions we'll be asking include: Do the things we do today serve our mission? Are they beneficial and justifiable from a cost benefit standpoint? Once we fine tune our current operations\, then we can begin to look more strategically at the future. One of our goals is to continually improve the value proposition of membership in the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce.
